1st Great Sutton Scout Group Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowerin

The Group was founded in 1959 following a merger with Great Sutton Wolf Cubs who had been in existence since 1947. The Group has two beaver colonies, two cub scout packs and a scout troop. The Group also has a partnership agreement with Phoenix Explorer Scout Unit. The Group built its own Headquarters in 1966 and is located in Great Sutton village.

2022 will see major changes for 1st Great Sutton

; work is due to start on a major development in the village which will see a new medical centre, new village hall and a new scout headquarters. The contract is approximately eighteen months so we should be in our new home towards the end of 2022.
