Ten community projects across Moray have received support to deliver long-term benefits for local residents and safeguard Dufftown’s heritage from the EDF Power Solutions Dorenell Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund.

One of the largest awards in the 10-year history of the fund was awarded to the Dufftown and District Community Association (DDCA), supporting the employment of a full-time community development officer for three years.

Three funds, one pitch, and a big difference 🙌

£3,500 of combined funding, from three funds joining forces, has provided the final push needed to transform an ageing sports facility into an all-weather space now serving the school, sports clubs and residents of Chirnside in the Scottish Borders.
