At the Annual General Meeting of Environmental Protection Scotland (EPS), held on 24th February 2025, the membership unanimously voted in favour to begin the process to dissolve EPS and supported the Board’s proposal to integrate with the Institution of Environmental Sciences (IES) as their charitable purposes and constitutions align with those of EPS.
The Board would like to thank everyone who has supported EPS over the last 12 years, especially the founding Board members, former Trustees, the environmental professionals who gave up their time to sit on the Expert Advisory Groups, the membership of EPS and the small team of staff who worked tirelessly to keep EPS going.
