What Commissioners Do:
❤️ Support and mentor volunteers
💛Help new volunteers join
💙Oversee safe, high‑quality guiding
💜 Coordinate events, communication and admin

How to Get Involved:
🔴 We currently have vacancies for District and Area roles
🟡 Message us and we can pass on your details to the Area Commissioners
🔵 Roles are appointed with full training
🟣 Ideal for someone who enjoys leadership and organisation

This week, we’re celebrating the incredible people who make Girlguiding possible — the Leaders, Young Leaders, Unit Helpers, Guide Helpers, Parent Helpers, Commissioners and DofE volunteers who give their time, energy and heart to support girls across our community. Every badge earned, every adventure taken, every of confidence built… it all happens because of you.

Whether you volunteer every week, once a month, or whenever you can — you are the reason girls feel safe, supported and ready to shine.

Throughout the week, we’ll be spotlighting different volunteer roles, sharing the impact they make, and saying a huge, heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you.💙
