In December, James will be stepping down from CPAS after years of faithful service and impactful leadership. Through his vision, encouragement and commitment to evangelism and leadership development, he has helped equip countless churches and leaders to share the good news of Jesus with confidence.

While we will miss his wisdom and passion, the ministries, leaders and initiatives he has helped nurture will continue to bear fruit for years to come.

We thank God for his ministry among us and pray for him as he begins this next chapter.

James Lawrence explores why diversity within a leadership team is far more than representation. Drawing on the strengths, experiences and perspectives of different people, he explores how diverse teams can make wiser decisions, foster healthier cultures and become better equipped for mission.

When leaders create space for different voices to be heard, they not only strengthen their team but often discover fresh insights, greater creativity and a deeper understanding of the communities they serve.
