Meet Pete, a veteran and resident at Stoke Gifford Retirement Village, who has set up the 'This Is Me' group to support people living with hidden disabilities.

By bringing people together to share their experiences, Pete is helping to break down stigma, encourage understanding, and remind others that they are not alone.
