✨ A new chapter for recovery in North Northamptonshire ✨

As we move into this new chapter, Change Grow Live North Northants would like to say a heartfelt farewell to our colleagues who now work with Turning Point in West Northamptonshire. This is not the end, but the beginning of a new journey, and we look forward to continuing to work together to make sure people can access the best possible harm reduction support. 🤝

Change Grow Live North Northants, in partnership with Forward Trust, Family Support Link and Release, will continue to deliver high-quality, person-centred support across North Northamptonshire.

🌟 A Proud Day 🌟

Today, we had the absolute pleasure of supporting five incredible individuals as they graduated from our ambulatory alcohol detox programme.
Each person took a brave and powerful step to challenge the role alcohol had played in their lives. We are so proud of the strength, honesty, and determination they have shown throughout their journey.

📍 Today we attended the Healthcare Roadshow at the Saxon Suite, Daventry Leisure Centre

🤝 Alongside other partner agencies and local organisations, we spent the day chatting with residents, sharing information and offering advice and support.

💙 It was great to be part of an event focused on promoting health, wellbeing and local services within the community.

We are incredibly proud to share that Change Grow Live Kettering has successfully micro-eliminated Hepatitis C within our service 🎉🧡. This is a powerful achievement and a real example of what’s possible when people, services, and systems work together with a shared purpose 🤝.
This success reflects the commitment of the individuals we support, who engaged with testing and treatment 💪, and the dedication of staff who made Hep C care accessible, compassionate, and stigma-free 💙.
We also want to recognise the partnership agencies who made this possible, including:

• Public health colleagues and commissioners 📊
• Voluntary and community sector partners 🌱

📢 For the past 12 years, Change Grow Live has proudly supported drug and alcohol recovery services across Northamptonshire. From 1 April 2026, there will be some changes to the service:

✅ North Northamptonshire – Change Grow Live will continue to support you across our services.

✅ West Northamptonshire – Services will be delivered by Turning Point. We’re working closely with Turning Point to make sure treatment and support continues without disruption for everyone accessing our services

What a lovely way to spend Christmas Eve! We enjoyed a cosy coffee morning filled with carols, laughter, and festive cheer, shared by the people who access our service and some of our staff.
