*Important Update from Spring*

Spring is no longer accepting new referrals and is now focusing on supporting those who are already participating in our programmes.

As part of this transition, this page will no longer be monitored from 27 August 2026 and will be scheduled for closure shortly afterwards.

Our knowledgeable facilitator will teach you practical tools and tips for managing your pain effectively👋It is also a great opportunity to meet others with similar experiences😌
