What an absolutely fantastic day we had yesterday.

Thank you to everyone who came along to enjoy it. The sun showed up for us, and it really felt like the whole community came together… which is exactly what it’s all about.

We hope you enjoyed it just as much as we did.

A special thank you to the students who gave up their Saturday to help with face painting and foot darts. You were brilliant, and we hope you had a great time being part of it.

Thank you as well to everyone who supported us in the Grab a Grand scheme with — we really appreciate it.

We were also delighted to welcome Cheryl Brownlee MLA, John Stewart MLA, Gordon Lyons MLA, Cllr Peter Johnston and Cllr Anna Henry, who took the time to come along and show their support. A sincere thank you as well to the Mayor’s Office for their kind donation towards our fundraising.

And finally… a heartfelt thank you to our entire PA team. The Spring Fair is just one part of a much bigger year of effort, planning, and showing up again and again. As we begin to wind things down and close out this fundraising year, it feels important to recognise the time, energy and care that has gone into everything behind the scenes. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

🚘 Both Car boot sellers & those attending the fair please use the bottom drive entrance when arriving at school & our wonderful carpark attendants will direct you.

🚘 Car boot sellers can arrive to set up from 10am
🏰 The main fair starts at 11am

Carrickfergus Grammar School’s Spring Fair & Car Boot Sale is happening tomorrow!

📅 Saturday 25th April 2026
⏰ 11am – 2pm
📍 Carrickfergus Grammar School

There’ll be lots of fun for everyone, including:

🏰 Bouncy castles
🎨 Face painting
🎯 Foot darts
🏃 Obstacle course
🛍️ PTA Stall
🌭 Free hotdog & drink (ticket only)
🚗 Car boot sale

A couple of reminders -
🚘 Car boot sellers you can set up from 10am
🌭 Remember to bring your Eventbrite ticket to exchange it for a hotdog token.
🎟️ If you don’t have a ticket for a hotdog you are still very much welcome to come along and enjoy the free games/inflatables, face painting & fun. Burgers & sweet bags will be available to purchase separately.
