Last night, our Ambassador Donna Purnell had the honour of speaking at the 14 Signal Regiment Charity Dinner held at Cawdor Barracks.

The evening brought together serving personnel, veterans, families and supporters to raise awareness and vital funds for charities supporting mental health and wellbeing within the military community, including the Army Benevolent Fund.

Events like this are incredibly important in helping to break down barriers around mental health, encouraging conversations, and ensuring that those who serve — and have served — know that support is always available.

A huge thank you to 14 Signal Regiment, the organisers, sponsors and everyone who attended and donated so generously. Together, we continue to make a positive difference to the lives of soldiers, veterans and their families.

Congratulations to 157 Regiment RLC on the unveiling of your new Regimental Tactical Recognition Flash — a proud symbol of Welsh identity, heritage, and service 🏴🫡

The Welsh Dragon emblem represents far more than a new insignia; it reflects the professionalism, resilience, and dedication that has defined the Regiment for generations.

At the Army Benevolent Fund, we are especially proud to celebrate this milestone with a Regiment that has been such a valued and loyal supporter of our charity over many years. Your continued commitment to the Army family and the wider Welsh community is deeply appreciated.

We look forward to following your journey across Wales this week as you mark this historic moment with troops, veterans, and communities alike.

A proud day for a proud Regiment — congratulations to all serving soldiers and officers of 157 (Welsh) Regiment RLC 👏
