On SATURDAY 17th OCTOBER we have a QIGONG WORKSHOP with SARAH. With seated or standing options, we have gentle exercises for health, relaxation and wellbeing.
Time: 3-4p.m
Price: £10.
Teas / coffee / cold drinks will be available.

On SATURDAY 17th OCTOBER we have SHAMANIC DRUMMING with GOLDEN PAW. In an ideal setting we will draw on the power of the drumming vibrations for a community of healing. Drums are provided if needed.
Time: 12-2p.m
