Saturday 27th. 10.30 - 1pm. Wadsley Church Hall, Worrall Road, Sheffield. S6 4BB. This in an inside event...... with cake 🎂 🥮 😋

Sunday 28th 12 - 5pm. Dronfield Gala, Cliffe Park, S18 2XP. Set in a beautiful park, with nearby parking. Fetch your picnic and chairs, you'll be set for the afternoon 😉

A great day at Thorne today, £165 in the bag 💼 …..even though we had no signal for our card reader. Thank you to the few people that sent money by transfer, we really appreciate it.

Time to get the jam pan on, starting tomorrow for our double whammy weekend 27/28 June (Wadsley in Sheffield & Cliffe Park, Dronfield). I’ll post full details later in the week with postcodes too.

Meanwhile…..Gonna try another batch of Kiwi jam 🥝 too. The first batch was an experiment and made only 7 jars and was so tasty 🤤, we could have sold many more. So…… we been collecting and freezing more kiwi’s 🥝🥝🥝🥝 and this batch will be bigger.

BIG SCROUNGE.....If anyone could please help in our search for a FREE replacement 'under the counter' freezer we'd love to hear from you. It doesn't have to be in pristine condition as it will be used in a garage. It's heading towards berry season and one of our freezers sadly passed away recently 😢 ........

Busy morning disposing of our bank balance...
Here are the causes that we're helping on this occasion.

Radar Rescue, Cat-CHING Sheffield , South Yorkshire Street Cats, Barnsley Hedgehogs, Save A Stray, Thornberry Animal Sanctuary. Twiggys Bird Rescue, Oak valley Hedgehog Rescue , Noahs Ark Rescue, Yorkshire Rose Cat Rescue, 4 The Love of Cats, High Green Hedgehogs, Adoptapaws UK Rescue , Alberts Horse Sanctuary ,Victoria's Bird Rescue, 8 Lives Cat Rescue.

If we've not donated to the one you tagged, it's because they didn't apply... no other reason.

We've now topped £61,000.00 donated.
This is a figure that I never dreamt possible, especially when I look back 15 years to the very first jars of Blackberry jam that were made and sold to my colleagues at work. Wow 😮

Now, time to make more marmalade.

What a fantastic weekend we’ve had.
Thornhill school & Todwick gala were all very well attended, the weather was lovely and we’ve banked almost £450. Thank you 🤩
Job well done I’d say !!!!!

Time for a breather before we attend The Aftershock Gala in Thorne, Doncaster next Saturday. (It says cake 🍰 on the poster 🤤 so that’s me sorted)

We’ll be emptying the bank coffers tomorrow so keep watching to see if the charity you tagged, has sent us an email.
