Are you able to support a school to come to the Life of Christ to experience the story? We have unprecedented demand for transport bursaries for schools to attend the Life of Christ. To all Teachers and Parents - Happy Half Term!

We are really excited to share new follow up resources for schools to use after a trip to the Life of Christ.

Schools will be given a FREE bag of beautiful props to take away with them as they leave the performance. Alongside a teacher booklet and powerpoint, this bag of goodies offers opportunities for continued learning and reflection on the story of Jesus and can be used in class or at assembly time.

If you can’t bring a school this June, why not see it for yourself? We are offering teachers 2 free tickets to the Life of Christ on the 17th of June – a fantastic CPD opportunity. Please email [email protected] from your school email if you can make it.

Today we commemorate Jesus' ascension into heaven by celebrating Ascension Day, exactly 40 days after Easter and the resurrection.

During this time, Jesus stayed with his disciples to guide them on how to carry out his teachings, before ascending to heaven to take his seat at the right hand of God.

To Christians, the ascension signifies that Christ completed his work on Earth and allowed him to prepare a place for his followers in heaven. 🕊

From the 9th to the 13th of November 2026, Wintershall Education will be hosting the Travelling Crib at Lambeth Palace Gardens for primary school children.

Join the characters of the Nativity on the journey to Bethlehem and explore what the first Christmas meant to those who were there. These outdoor education workshops are an unforgettable way to experience and understand the Christmas story.

You can request your time slot for up to 32 children at 10 am or 12:30 each day by completing the Google Form on this page: https://www.wintershall.org.uk/education/the-travelling-crib/

Each slot is £300. A transport bursary is available for those who will not be using public transport.

The Life of Christ is just over 7 weeks away!

With stunning sets, a cast of over 100 volunteers and an immersive open-air setting in the Surrey countryside, every performance is a shared moment of faith, reflection and community. Whether you’re joining us with family, friends or your church group, it’s an unforgettable way to encounter the story of Jesus in all its depth and beauty.

Can you help? We are looking for:
-Volunteers available for a day or more to help and guide the audience
-Male volunteer actors to take part in the fight scene amongst others
-A baby to share the role of Baby Jesus – available for 1 - 2 days for a short period in the morning, aged 6 – 9 months in mid June
