Ellie's sad because after 87 likes and 51 shares of her latest video, there was not one application to rehome her 🥺
She's come such a long way and after settling into her foster home for a number of months, she's been comfortable at staying home alone for a short period of time recently. This is such a big win for her, but she has no new family to share it with!

It was a pleasure to visit the RSPCA (England & Wales) Bournemouth, New Forest & District Branch on Richmond Park Road.

Having paid tribute to their amazing work in Parliament, it was great to see their staff and volunteers, and find out more about their fundraising, their work supporting animals, and of course, talk about dogs!

One thing many people don't know is that the RSPCA also run a vet clinic offering low-cost treatment for those who qualify. If that could help you or someone you know, do reach out to them.

As the temperatures rise during this recent heatwave, don’t forget to help your feline friends stay comfortable.

💧 Make sure they have access to fresh water. 🕶️ Make sure they have access to cool shaded areas.
❌ Avoid excessive activity during the hottest parts of the day.

We had a visit from our local MP Tom Hayes last week, who had a chat about our clinic and a look around. It’s great to have local support and to get ideas and information from Tom, who was very popular with our K9

Bournemouth is a great town, and we’re getting better all the time. It was great to help ceremonially break the ground at the Vitality Stadium, help to open Shake & Stir’s Armed Forces Weekender, and enjoy St Nicholas Pre-School’s 50th birthday celebrations.

Poor Ellie's squishmallow teddy had too much love from her and will sadly need to go in the bin. We would love a donation of squishmallows or similar toys for her to pick her new favorite from!
Our reception is open 11am-3pm Thursdays to Tuesdays for donations, but we do also have a donation bin outside our main gates if for out of hours.
