Parent Carer Foundation provides a central voice for the parents/carers of children and adults from all ages. We have and will influenced, shaped current and future service provision for all families. We have raised awareness about parents/carers real concerns with a collective voice. The Foundation will a
lso signpost Parents and Carers regarding health, education, social services and other agencies in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole and surrounding area. The Foundation takes part in many consultations and participation work and shares this information with families via newsletters, information events and social media, this is to enable Parents, Carers and young people gain greater knowledge and understanding of the services that are available. These may be delivered by health, education, specialist provision, advocacy services, local authority and/or the voluntary sector.
