This time next week our volunteer Marion will have crossed the line in her 30mile run on the Thames Path Ultra Challenge.

This September, one of our amazing volunteers will be taking on the Thames Path Ultra Challenge – an incredible 50km run – to raise money for Mind, a charity that provides vital support, guidance, and hope to people experiencing mental health challenges.

They're completing this challenge in memory of a dear colleague who was lost to su***de. It's a powerful reminder of how important it is to ensure that no one has to struggle alone and that support is there when it's needed most.

📣Community Fridge Drop-In Service

Tamsin, our Local Area Coordinator will be popping along to the Bicester Community Fridge for a relaxed, friendly drop-in at our opening tomorrow.

She's here for a chat and to support anyone who might be facing challenges or finding things a bit tricky at the moment. Tamsin can help you think through next steps and connect you with local support groups and activities in the area.

If you are not sure where to turn or just fancy a friendly conversation, come and stay hello.

No appointments, no pressure - just pop over when you're at the fridge.
