Everything spectators say on the sidelines, players hear on the pitch.

It can be confusing, distracting and adds pressure to a game that should be fun. So on the 14 and 15 November, we’re running a Silent Support Weekend to encourage spectators across the county to stay quiet, so young players get the chance to talk to each other more, make decisions and develop the game in their own way.
