Such a lovely day singing alongside our choir sisters from across the region! 💜

Members form Military Wives Choir Bicester, Halton Military Wives Choir, Brize Norton Military Wives Choir, Benson Military Wives Choir Defence Academy Military Wives Choir Abingdon & Didcot Military Wives Choir came together to sing their hearts out to all the shoppers at the Westgate centre, Oxford today. 💜

There are lots of ‘Sing Out’ events happening across the country so if you get the chance, stop and have a little listen!

We are absolutely delighted to be singing alongside our choir sisters in the Westgate shopping centre, Oxford today as part of the ‘sing out’ challenge.

If you have a connection to the Military (you don’t have to be an actual military wife!), now is an exciting time to join us as we prepare to sing at some fabulous local events alongside our sister choirs at Waddesdon Manor and in the Westgate centre, Oxford

We practice on Wednesday at the Silibaravi centre in Ambrosden. Doors open around 7 pm for a brew and a catch up ready to start singing at 7.30 (late comers are also very welcome as we understand life’s curveballs!!!)

Happy International Self Care Day!

We are maximising our self care currently by resting our voices and recharging over the summer break but we will be back singing again on September 2nd and have some lovely events on the horizon! We’d love you to come and join us…

*no audition
*no solo expectations (unless you fancy having a go!!)
*lots of laughs guaranteed
*there might be cake!

If you have a military connection - serving/veteran/linked to a family member or just work for the military as a civvie then you meet the joining criteria!

We’d love to welcome you!

Bicester Military Wives Choir are proud to be supporting Armed Forces Day! Slap on some sunscreen and come down to Pingle Field (opposite Bicester village) for a free family day out. 11am-4pm

Come and speak to us, try your luck on our tombola or see if you can hook a duck …

We’ll be on stage at 2.30pm to sing out some tunes too…. 🎤 🎵 🎶

Dedication is the name of the game….it may have been one of the hottest evenings of the year but it was our final rehearsal before our Armed Forces Day event.

Come along for a fun, free, family day out!

There will be military vehicles and displays plus:
🎪 Fairground rides
🛍️ Stalls and attractions
🎤 Live music and performances throughout the day including us!

However you are navigating today….we are thinking of you 💜

Happy Father's Day to all!

Today, we celebrate every father, stepfather, grandfather, father figure, and all those who play a guiding role in the lives of others.

We pay special tribute to the dads who are spending today away from their families and we also hold in our thoughts the fathers who are no longer with us. For many, Father's Day is a day of both celebration and remembrance.

To the families navigating Father's Day across different locations, time zones, distances, and memories, we are thinking of you.

Whether you're together today, celebrating from afar, or remembering someone special, we hope every dad knows how valued, loved, and appreciated he is. 🎶 💜
