💙Launching our Friday Drop In Sessions with PureGym 💙

We’re creating a welcoming space for women to come together, build connections and take time for themselves while raising some money for Glow!

Our new Friday Drop-In Sessions will offer an opportunity for women who are new to us, as well as those who have already engaged with our programmes, to connect, feel supported and get involved in the community.

To kick things off, we’re heading out of the office and into the outdoors for a Women’s Wellness Walk & Coffee Morning around Ormeau! 🌿

We’ll be joined by PureGym for some feel-good movement, alongside mindfulness activities, treats and the chance to meet other women in a relaxed, friendly environment.

Whether you’re looking to meet new people, get involved in our programmes or simply enjoy a morning out, we’d love for you to join us.

🌸 WALK, TALK & COFFEE with Glow NI x PureGym🌸

Sometimes, taking that first step and getting out of the house can feel challenging — so we’re creating a welcoming space for women to connect, move, unwind and feel part of a community. 💗

Join us as we kick off our new Friday Morning Drop-In Sessions with a relaxed morning of fresh air, gentle movement, mindfulness and connection! 🌿✨

Join us for a gentle, guided journalling workshop to help you slow down, put thoughts onto paper and notice what’s draining your energy and what gives it back.

No previous journalling experience needed, and there’s nothing to hand in and nothing to read aloud. You’ll leave with simple prompts and a writing practice you can take into everyday life.

💗 GLOW NI LADIES’ DAY – IMPORTANT UPDATE

We’re so sorry, but due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, we’ve made the difficult decision to reschedule Glow NI Ladies’ Day Fundraiser

We’re genuinely gutted, but we truly believe it’s the right decision. We want to make sure that when Ladies Day happens, it’s the best day possible for our guests, stallholders and businesses, with no compromises on the experience. ✨

We’ll be announcing the new date within the next couple of days, with the event likely to be either before Christmas or in January.

Didn't get your tickets for this event? Keep your eyes peeled! 👀💗 We’ll have a little more time to work on the event, so there may be a few exciting changes and surprises along the way, maybe even a little winter twist! ❄️✨
