People of every age, stage, background, and ability are welcome. is founded on the belief that music is for everyone. We’re an Essex-based charity devoted to breaking down barriers and bringing people of all ages and abilities together to experiment, grow, and have fun through music. Our events are designed to be accessible and inclusive to people with special needs, mental health challenges, and

dementia. All are welcome, and no previous music knowledge is required. We don’t believe in rules or limits — music is for anytime, anywhere, and anyone. Our ever-evolving collection of musical experiences includes therapeutic and sensory-based relaxation sessions, songwriting workshops, instrument tuition, and other forms of creative and physical expression. We’ve brought these fun, free-flowing creative experiences to educational institutions, care facilities, recovery and treatment centers, and more. Our work is made possible through charitable contributions; donations are welcome and appreciated. is also supported through private music sessions that we offer as a separate service. It's Learning Disability Week, so we handed the mic to the people who deserve to be seen & heard the most...the brilliant guys at INVOLVE!

We asked the gang for their hot takes on the World Cup. Who's winning it? Who's the GOAT? Who's covered in cobwebs? 😂

INVOLVE is our free club night every Monday in Basildon for people with SEND and learning disabilities. It's a place to be yourself, see your mates, and be heard. Because everyone deserves to be seen.

Did you catch us in the paper? 👀

We popped up in the Echo a few weeks back! Rob and Marc headed to Fair Havens for an hour of live music, instruments and plenty of singing as part of Havens Hospices' wellbeing programme.

There's something really special about these sessions. People often start off a little unsure, but by the end the whole room is singing along to the likes of What a Wonderful World, Brown Eyed Girl and Daydream Believer.

As one attendee put it, "It's food for the soul."

Throwback to one of our favorite projects ⭐️

5 years ago we teamed up with the brilliant Strange Pill to turn an empty unit in Basildon into a living, breathing music installation, and invited the Basildon community to be part of it. Instruments everywhere, 60 workshops, 400+ recordings, and people of all ages and abilities seeing themselves performing on a 6m screen. It was something really special.

We edited a tonne of the clips into a full, epic, Basildon anthem, here's one of our favourite takes.

A few months ago our incredible ambassador John crossed the finish line of a half marathon, and raised over £1,000 for TIME in the process. 🎉

Every penny helped us keep bringing music to people who need it most, care homes, schools, and community spaces across Essex.

John didn’t need to be a pro athlete. He just decided to do something brilliant and people backed him for it.
