People of every age, stage, background, and ability are welcome. is founded on the belief that music is for everyone. We’re an Essex-based charity devoted to breaking down barriers and bringing people of all ages and abilities together to experiment, grow, and have fun through music. Our events are designed to be accessible and inclusive to people with special needs, mental health challenges, and

dementia. All are welcome, and no previous music knowledge is required. We don’t believe in rules or limits — music is for anytime, anywhere, and anyone. Our ever-evolving collection of musical experiences includes therapeutic and sensory-based relaxation sessions, songwriting workshops, instrument tuition, and other forms of creative and physical expression. We’ve brought these fun, free-flowing creative experiences to educational institutions, care facilities, recovery and treatment centers, and more. Our work is made possible through charitable contributions; donations are welcome and appreciated. is also supported through private music sessions that we offer as a separate service. 🎉 10 YEARS OF INVOLVE! 🎉

We honestly can't quite believe we're saying this, but INVOLVE turns 10 this year, and we're throwing the biggest party we've ever put on to celebrate!

Getting to do this for over a decade has been the privilege of a lifetime. Getting to know every single person who's walked through our doors, watching friendships form & grow and becoming part of such a warm, vibrant community we feel so lucky to be a part of.

🎶 FREE Music Sessions for Southend Elderly Care Homes! 🎶

We’re thrilled to share that TIME -Together In Musical Expression has been awarded funding from the Southend Culture Small Grant scheme to deliver a series of free, live interactive music sessions to elderly and dementia care homes across Southend-on-Sea!

With over 10 years’ experience bringing music into the community, our sessions are all about connection, joy, and wellbeing — no catch, no cost, just music.
