🎁🧸 Toy Donation Complete! 🧸🎁

We are so proud to have delivered a wonderful collection of toys to Basildon hospital this Christmas, with a sensational estimated value of £2,000.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated—your kindness, generosity, and support really does mean a lot!

Seeing the smiles this will bring to children and families truly means everything ❤️

A cash donation from Lyn and Kevin Welbourne, purchased these last minute, much needed items for Puffin and Wagtail ward. A direct quote from the fundraising co-ordinator was 'wow, these are like gold dust' 😂 So it's safe to say that they were much appreciated!

We also had two HUMONGOUS buckets of playdoh, dropped off to Cameron House Care Home yesterday by Amy Martin. Which completes our final donation of the toy drive 🥹

We were speechless with the sheer amount of donations that we received. Honestly, we were expecting maybe 3 black bags full max. You guys have made a LOT of children happy this Christmas. All those smiles created and It's all thanks to your generous, kind donations🤍

A huge thank you to the lovely staff at Cameron House Care Home for being a drop off point for our toy drive.
We were overwhelmed when we arrived today to collect our 2nd pickup 🤩
A huge thank you to Georgia Mayland-Walsh for spreading the word, and collecting money and presents from her mums work colleagues.

And thank you to local charity BOBBYS BIG HEART 💙 who have generously donated a HEAP of toys! Their donation alone was a van load🥹

Also last but not least, thank you to Sylvie Allen, May Darke, Mandy Gillatt, Lois Bartley and all the other people who have been popping in, and dropping off gifts.

I think we better get a bigger van (or two)

We collected a bag of gifts from Ella Bella’s TikTok Trends yesterday, and we have lots of gifts to collect from Cameron House Care Home tomorrow... Keep them coming!

We have also had a few very kind cash donations, so we will be out this weekend to grab more items from the wishlist.

Your gifts are honestly going to be so magical for all of the children in hospital this Christmas🫶🏻🩷

Wow 🤩 in less than 24 hours we have already had bags of toy donations 🥹 Thank you so much, we really wasn't expecting such an amazing response.

A few people have asked what specifically they can buy, and after speaking to Basildon Hospital today, they have kindly sent us an Amazon wish list.

If you would like to order and have delivered directly to me, then please message the page for my address.

You don't need to buy the exact product shown, especially if you can find it cheaper elsewhere, but it gives everyone a really good idea of the types of things they would love for their playroom.

Thank you to everyone for following our page. For the past few weeks we have been busy behind the scene setting up The Boo Banter Foundation as a registered charity, and getting everything in place.
The setup has taken us a little longer than we thought, and we don't want to delay the amazing things we have planned, so wanted to share with you a little bit about what we were aiming to achieve;

Our mission is to uplift ill, bereaved, and disadvantaged children by providing access to fun, sport-related activities, equipment, and memorable days out.
We also wish to brighten their lives with carefully chosen gifts, bringing smiles and a sense of happiness during challenging times.
In addition, we aim to proudly partner with cancer charities to support their efforts in raising awareness for the signs and symptoms of childhood cancer.

Everyone knows that this is a subject close to mine and my families heart. I want to give back to the charities and institutions that helped me so much, as well hopefully create some smiles and memories for children and families having to face tough times.

I know times are tough for everyone, so all that I ask for you all is for you to like, comment and possibly even share my posts so I can reach as many people as possible.
Im hoping to raise funds via local business donations, and I am super grateful to already have a few who have pledged money to me to help me get started!

I don't want your money, but I'll share what I'm up to, and if you wish to donate something, whether it be toys towards our toy drive, or easter eggs for the hospital wards, then I will gladly accept! But please no that I don't expect it. You liking, sharing and commenting on our posts, creating engagement, and hopefully helping us to reach more people is all we ask for.
