💻 Never Too Old to Learn! ✨
Technology can feel a bit daunting at first, but with a little support, amazing things happen!

Today, we had the absolute pleasure of supporting one of our brilliant community members as they set up brand-new tech—including their very own Chromebook and a shiny new Gmail account! 🚀📧

From unboxing to sending that very first email, they dove right in and proved once and for all that you are never, ever too old to learn a new skill!

Huge congratulations on taking this exciting step into the digital world. We can’t wait to see what you explore next! 🌟

💻 Byth Yn Rŵan I Ddysgu! ✨
Gall technoleg deimlo ychydig yn frawychus ar y dechrau, ond gyda rhywfaint o gymorth, digwydd rhywbeth anhygoel!

Heddiw, cawsom y pleser absoliwt o gefnogi un o’n haelodau cymunedol talented wrth iddynt sefydlu technoleg newydd sbon—gan gynnwys eu Chromebook eu hunain a chyfrif Gmail disglair newydd! 🚀📧

O agor y blwch i anfon e-bost cyntaf go iawn, dyfrlodd yn syth i mewn a phrofi unwaith eto nad ydych byth, byth rhy hen i ddysgu sgil newydd!

Llawer o llongyfarchiadau ar wneud y cam cyffrous hwn i'r byd digidol. Ni allwn aros i weld beth fyddwch yn archwilio nesaf! 🌟

In Memory of John Broomfield

It is with great sadness that we share news of the passing of John Broomfield, a long-standing Digital Buddies volunteer who gave so much of his time and patience to residents at Youldon House in Dinas Powys.

John's warmth and dedication made a real difference to the people he supported, helping them stay connected in a world that can often feel daunting to navigate alone. His commitment to the Digital Buddies scheme, and to the residents who came to know and rely on him, will be remembered fondly by everyone who had the pleasure of working alongside him.

Our thoughts are with John's family and friends at this difficult time.

Er Cof am John Broomfield

Gyda thristwch mawr rydym yn rhannu'r newyddion am farwolaeth John Broomfield, gwirfoddolwr hir-dymor gyda Digital Buddies a roddodd gymaint o'i amser a'i amynedd i drigolion Youldon House yn Ninas Powys.

Gwnaeth cynhesrwydd ac ymroddiad John wahaniaeth gwirioneddol i'r bobl yr oedd yn eu cefnogi, gan eu helpu i aros mewn cysylltiad mewn byd a allai yn aml deimlo'n frawychus i'w lywio ar eu pennau eu hunain. Bydd pawb a gafodd y pleser o weithio ochr yn ochr ag ef yn cofio'n annwyl am ei ymrwymiad i gynllun Digital Buddies, ac i'r trigolion a ddaeth i'w adnabod a dibynnu arno.

Mae ein meddyliau gyda theulu a ffrindiau John yn ystod y cyfnod anodd hwn.
