Hi everyone, It’s been wonderful to see so many of you this week joining us in the café, visiting our Good 2 Shop, and taking part in our groups and activities. Every week we see more connections being made, friendships growing and our community coming together.

Today we had a fantastic day welcoming our friends from Slade Farm Organics, sharing conversations about food, farming and the future of our community growing spaces. Some of you will have had a first look at our exciting plans for the our community growing gardens, and we're so looking forward to bringing these ideas to life with our community.

And how gorgeous were today's lamb and beef roast dinners! A huge thank you to Sarah and Jo for all their hard work preparing such lovely food. And to our incredible volunteers, we really couldn't do what we do without you all!

We've also had a our first Breathwork session with Rob this week, and we are really looking forward to welcoming him back and bringing you more opportunities to try something new soon.

Of course, there's always plenty happening behind the scenes too! We attend lots of meetings and events, ensuring we stay connected with commissioners, decision-makers and other organisations. It gives us the opportunity to share what we're seeing and hearing in our community, making sure local voices are part of the conversations that shape services and future priorities. We want the work we do here to make a difference not just within our own walls, but across the wider community too.

Remember this Sunday, we have our Sound Healing session with Gemma. At just £10 per person, it's a wonderful opportunity to slow down, relax and take a little time for yourself. If you've had a busy week, are feeling overwhelmed or simply need a rest, come along. We all need a moment to switch off sometimes.

Small changes can make a BIG difference! ❤️

This week, we're challenging our wonderful community to think about how much plastic we use and see if we can all make one small change to reduce our waste.

Did you know we have a Zero Waste Refill Station at Cadog's Corner?

Instead of buying more plastic packaging, bring along your own tubs, bags, jars or bottles and refill what you need!

♻️ Our refill options include:

• Pasta
• Lentils
• Porridge oats
• Tea bags
• Cereal
• Rice
• Fabric softener
• Washing-up liquid

Our zero waste products can be included as part of your £6 Good 2 Shop bag, or you can simply refill what you need and pay as you feel!

Our zero waste offer is available alongside our community shop.

Congratulations to all the wonderful dancers Anthea M King School of Dancing 🥰

A wonderful Saturday morning of Medal Tests! 🩰✨
What a lovely morning we had yesterday celebrating the hard work, progress and achievements of our dancers at their Medal Tests!

From our youngest dancers, aged just 3 years old, to our older students, it was a pleasure to see each dancer take their turn, demonstrate their learning and embrace the opportunity to perform.🎭

Performance -based Medal Tests provide valuable opportunities for dancers to develop their confidence, musicality, performance skills and stage presence, whilst learning to share their love of dance with others.

Every dancer has their own journey, and seeing those little steps forward, growing confidence and individual achievements is what makes these occasions so special.

A huge well done to every one of our dancers! Your hard work, commitment and enthusiasm have made us incredibly proud.
We would also like to thank our wonderful parents for their continued support, encouragement and trust in us.

Thank you, too, to our examiner for creating such a positive and encouraging experience for our dancers, and presenting each student with their appropriate Medal and our older students with their Award.
Another special milestone in their dance education 🧑‍🩰💃🕺🎭.

What a wonderful community we have!

Hi everyone!

Following the incredible response to our Women’s Wellbeing Day on Friday, we are absolutely delighted to share that we will be hosting another wellbeing event very soon, this time on a Thursday evening! Friday really was a day filled with connection, new experiences, laughter, joy and a wonderful sense of togetherness. Women coming together, trying something new, taking a little time for themselves, sharing conversations and simply enjoying being part of something special. The atmosphere was just beautiful, and the feedback, love and support we have received since has been overwhelming.

We know that not everyone could join us during the day, and making sure we reach as many people in our community as possible is so important to us. We want everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy these experiences, take some time for themselves, make connections and feel part of something special.

We've said it before, and we'll say it again... we are creating something very special here at Cadogs Corner. ❤️

Not just events, activities or services, but a place where people feel welcome, valued, supported and connected. A place that continues to grow because of the wonderful people who walk through our doors.

And the best part? We're creating it together, with you, our community.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We really are so excited about everything still to come!
