Spending more than €150 online? Your parcel could cost more than you expect.
From 1 July 2026, new customs rules affect goods entering the EU from outside the EU.
Certain B2C parcels worth up to €150 are subject to a temporary €3 customs duty.
But what if your order is over €150?
The €3 flat duty doesn’t apply. Instead, normal EU customs rules kick in — meaning you could face customs duty, import VAT and potential carrier or handling fees.
