Thinking of joining ROSTRA? Here's what to expect!

If you're planning on coming to our taster session and live in St Mary's or Ffrid, we're doing two walking buses to JP Hall, setting off at 1730 from the St Mary's entrance cark park and Bar Uno 🌟

(A walking bus is pretty much what it sounds like! Some of our committee members will meet you at the above locations and walk you directly to the taster session)

Introducing your new chair... Xander!

‘I joined Rostra at the start of my second year in Bangor and I have never looked back! I hadn’t acted for four years and was nervous about going back to theatre, but instead my love for acting and theatre in general has grown so much! Rostra has also given me the place to explore working behind the scenes, from making set and props to working the the tech box, there really is something for everyone! We hope to see you this year!’

Rostra! I’ve been granted the pleasure of one last post before my post-chair ex*****on!
It’s truly been an honour. If I think about it too much I might cry! Thank you for trusting me with this beautiful society. I’m so proud of every single person involved this year, we’ve overcome every obstacle and created four beautiful shows that hold such a special place in all our hearts.
Whatever each of you do next, you’ve got Rostra (and me) behind you.
Thank you, I love you all! - El

And finally, we have the director and writer of Godfall, Buddy!

Returning to the Writer/Director role after their show ‘Alistair Screpancy was Dead, to Begin With’, they have been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to create our amazing show!
