Summer Solstice/International Yoga Day Park Yoga celebrations with the Ashford crew! Sun salutations - Yang to Yin and the sound of the crystal bowls in the glorious hot sunshine, followed by a picnic and Detox tea… Thank you all for coming and sweating your wotsits off. Join us for a special FREE Park Yoga session on Sunday 21st June at 9:30am in Victoria Park, Ashford as we come together to celebrate the joy of movement, mindfulness, and community.

Whether you’re a regular yogi or completely new to yoga, everyone is welcome! 💚
