Betsy 🩷

Our beautiful girl Betsy has been adopted. She's living the life she deserves with a wonderful family and a sibling at just 8 months she will live the happy life she deserves.

🐾❤️ VOLUNTEERS DESPERATELY NEEDED! ❤️🐾

Our dog rescue is urgently looking for reliable, hardworking volunteers aged 18+ to help us care for our wonderful rescue dogs. 🐶

Rescue work is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be physically demanding, and we desperately need more helping hands to give our dogs the time, care and attention they deserve. ❤️

🐕 What does volunteering involve?

- 🥣 Feeding the dogs
- 🦮 Walking and exercising them
- 💩 P**p picking and keeping the kennels and outdoor areas clean
- 🧹 Helping with general daily tasks
- ❤️ Giving our dogs care, patience and kindness

🐾 Who are we looking for?

✅ Must be aged 18 or over.
✅ Must be comfortable around rescue dogs.
✅ Must have owned dogs or have previous experience with rescue dogs.
✅ Hardworking, reliable and committed to 1/2 days a week.
✅ Able to work well as part of a team or independently.
✅ Must be willing to listen to and follow the advice and instructions of the team leaders and director/manager at all times.
✅ Willing to get stuck in, whatever the weather!
✅Must be able to drive or get a lift to the rescue as it's not accessible via public transport.

🚶 WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR REGULAR DAILY DOG WALKERS! 🚶🏼‍♀️

Our dogs need regular exercise, enrichment and individual attention. If you can commit to helping with daily walks, we would love to hear from you.

Our dogs come from all sorts of backgrounds, and some may need extra patience, understanding and confidence around people. Experience, commitment, teamwork and a genuine love for dogs are essential.

Blu 💙

Blue is a 4 year old Spaniel x Boxer who weighs 14kg. He is not neutered currently but that will be sorted. He isn't up to date with vaccinations. Blu pulls on the leash so will need a strong handler he hasn't been in walked much due to his owner having social issues.
Sadly his owner isn't well in hospital and will need 24/7 care when she comes out so the family have make the hard decision to find a new home for Blu.

He used to live with a smaller dog but they sadly passed away and he hasn't really socialised much since due to the family members illness.
Blu is fine around children and dogs out on a walk. He walks well on a lead but could do with some simple training.
Blu can be afraid of strangers and wary around the unknown.

He loves to cuddle and is a very sweet loving boy.
Sadly Blu could be a little traumatised with what he has seen recently but that's not to be discussed on her.
Blu will need time to relax into a new home.

Blu is currently in London with family members in a home with a garden so we believe finding him another home with a garden would be best as he loves to play and loves Zoomies.

Blu will need an understanding calm home for him to settle in and time to get used to you. A home with a garden and children over 16 for a calm environment.

Maggie 🩷

Maggie is a five year old chow chow who's owner has sadly passed away so she has ended up in our care.
Shes a very sweet girl and has been well looked after.
Maggie is looking for a new home. Maggie is dog friendly, not sure on cats but she doesn't seem phased about anything around the farm.
Maggie has been around children at the farm as has shown no issues to be around them.

She's not really interested in humans either, we are judging this due to her change in circumstances. She walks well on a lead.

Maggie will need an experienced owner who has had chows in the past as they do need daily grooming and a garden would suit her best due to their breathing issues and fur in the summer heat.

Mo (Bubba) & Loki 🩷 💙 Adopted 🎉

Well what can I say. Our little Momo girl was a very scared/shy girl. She was very protective over her kennel and was very wary of people entering it.

She joined some of the dogs in the open kennels/play park and became a different dog. She loved having the freedom. She ran around and became our friend. She got more and more confident every day.

A lovely lady called Julie asked if we had any small female dogs, Julie has had many rescues and always loved having the nervous dogs or the ones she could work with and see them shine. Well Bubba and Julie were a match. She has been amazing since going home with them. She runs around the garden, and has really come out of her shell.

Then a week or so later Julie was back. She wanted a play buddy for Bubba. So guess what... She found a play buddy for Bubba and that was Loki. (Bruce, Betsy and Amber's brother) Again Loki was the nervous scared one but Julie loved him.
Off they all went...
Julie already has two small dogs so Bubba and Loki have joined the family 💜

I'm so happy for Bubba and Loki they are both from Romania 🇷🇴 originally so they deserve all the happiness in the world 🌎 💜

Moose 💙🫎

Our oldie boy moose has been officially adopted 🐶 🥳

What a dream for moose, after being left in an abandoned property to now having his home 🏠
What a lucky boy he is. He has won the lottery 😁

His new mum said;
He has been a total dream. Bonded with me very quickly and follows me about all the time.
He is completely at ease with the cats and them also, only really one that is still keeping his distance but no longer running away. He has made a few friends over the park and seems to really like little dogs.
His bark is very funny as it’s more like a cough.
He likes his sleep 💤 and I have to wake him up of a morning.
Looking forward to learning more things about him.
Love him to bits already and cannot imagine life without him ❤️

We can't thank Mooses foster mum enough to getting him confident with people again and to helping him put on weight.

Alfie 💙

Here is our sweet 7 year old boy Alfie. He is originally from Romania 🇷🇴
He has been with us a month now and is really starting to shine. He is a very nervous boy.
He had a wonder foster home in Romania who looked after him very well and he gained all her trust.
He arrived to us scared and frightened but gained our trust in little time. ⭐

Alfie is not a cuddly dog (yet) he gets so excited when he sees us but that's because it walk or food time. He never shows he wants attention. He loves seeing other dogs and playing with other dogs.
He's certainly a dog dog not a human dog. Alfie would need time to decompress in the home.

Alfie would definitely suit going into a home with a confident dog 🐶 🐾 Alfie can show resource guarding around food mostly with male dogs.
Children 14+ as he is a nervous dog, not cat tested yet.

Betsy is looking for her forever home. She is amber and Bruce's sister.
She is neutered and 8 months. Originally from Romania 🇷🇴

She is very outgoing and loves attention, cuddles and loves to walk. She walks well on a harness and leash. She is a quick learner. She loves to sit on your lap, jump up at you for a cuddle and will snuggle next to you for belly rubs.
As these are puppies they do like to chew toys and beds..

She is dog, cat and child friendly.

Bruce 💙

This is Bruce, Bruce is looking for his forever home. He is Amber and Betsy's brother. He is 8 months old and from Romania 🇷🇴 he is neutered.

Bruce is very outgoing he loves a cuddle, he walks well on the lead. He is a very confident dog. He loves to sit on your lap and climb all over you.
Hes a big dog for 8 months, strong and does like to jump. He walks well on a harness and leash.

As Bruce is a puppy he does like to destroy his toys and bedding...

Bruce ideal home can be with another dog or on his own. Child friendly and cat friendly 💚 🐾 Secure garden is a must.
