Ashford Mediation Service will be in attendance at the Cost of Living and Health Event on Monday 2nd November.

We're inviting residents to a community event designed to help people access advice, information and practical support ahead of the colder months ❄️

The Cost of Living and Health Event will take place on:

📅 Monday 2 November
⏰ 10.30am and 3pm
📍 Hub on the Beach in Greatstone (TN28 8NR)

Organised by our community safety team, the event will bring together a range of local organisations to offer guidance on staying safe, healthy and financially secure.

Details of a new job vacancy for a Part-time Case Coordinator at Ashford Mediation Service.

Ashford Mediation Service (AMS) a charity, established in 1997, provides free community mediation services to families, neighbours, and communities across Ashford Borough, Folkestone, and Hythe.

With recent funding from National Lottery Awards for All, we can offer this new role as part of our phased development plan. Please note, whilst we are hoping to extend this post for a further three years beyond this initial year, at the moment, the post is for one year only.

We are looking for someone who can work flexibly from home and at our hot-desk office spaces in Ashford and Canterbury, Kent.

The closing date for the vacancy is Wednesday 30th September 2026, with interviews taking place, in person in October 2026.

Ashford Mediation Service will be attending the Domestic Abuse and Awareness Support event at the Town Hall Undercroft in Hythe between 10.30am and 2pm on Friday 8th May.
