This , we want to highlight two amazing supporters who have raised £1,145 already for Scottish Autism, and are not stopping there!

Luke returned this year for his second full marathon in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival, having also completed a half marathon at the Scottish Marathon in 2024. His 8 year old son, Jacob, who is also autistic, completed his second 1.5K event and said, "Running for Scottish Autism makes me happy to help people like me". 💙

They are already signed up and ready to lace up their running shoes for next year's event! Will you be joining them?

👉 Visit the 'Get Involved' section of our website to learn more and join them.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Scott Hastings, who was a wonderful and longstanding supporter of Scottish Autism’s Golf Day.

Scott's kindness and generosity made a lasting impact and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this very difficult time.

A brilliant and inspiring day earlier this week at our Colleague Conference in Glasgow 💙

147 colleagues from across the country came together to connect, share ideas and learn from one another.

We were delighted to hear from guest speaker Charli Clement Writes and storyteller and author, Colin Williamson, alongside powerful plenary sessions and workshops led by colleagues and the people we support.

Throughout the day, teams hosted information stalls, including Elevate, our training and consultancy services, and our Practice and Development, sparking great conversations around neuro-affirming language and improving practice with understanding. We were also pleased to have partners Royal London and Glasgow Credit Union join us.

From celebrating our Value Awards, to a room-wide wave of “I’m in”, the passion and commitment were felt throughout the event, as we came together to embrace difference and lead change.

Thank you to everyone who made the day so memorable! More to come on our conference soon!✨
