Last Thursday we had a Team Leadership Day.
It was an honour and a privilege that I got to share the day with our leadership team.
What stood out most wasn’t just the ideas we shared, but the way everyone showed up, present, engaged, and really listening to one another.
There was a genuine sense of connection in the room, and that’s what makes the difference.

We’re proud of the passion and commitment our team brings every day, to the people we support and to each other. That energy was felt throughout the day and reminds us why we do what we do!

🌟 We are looking for Support Workers for Lizzy (Moray Team) 🌟

Lizzy is a fun, friendly and active young woman, who has a love for music and to live independently in the community. She would like your support to develop independent living skills within her own home and pursue her hobbies, which include walking and visiting attractions in the local areas. You would support her with attending local clubs and activities so she can have fun with her friends, she is quite the social butterfly.

Lizzy has different parts of her day that require following routine and understanding. Full training and shadowing provided before beginning role.

As part of our team, we would love for you to be:

📑 Full time or Part time contracts considered, minimum hours required per shift 6-8.
