Fiji’s national carrier takes flight on its first-ever direct service connecting the Gold Coast with Fiji and onward to North America and the Pacific 11 June 2026, Nadi, Fiji: Fiji Airways has today launched its inaugural direct service between Nadi International Airport and Gold Coast Airport, strengthening travel links between Fiji and one of Australia’s most popular leisure destinations. Fiji Airways reinstates direct Nouméa flights from September 2026

Nadi, Fiji, 3 June 2026: Fiji Airways has announced the reinstatement of direct services between Nadi and Nouméa, strengthening regional connectivity and creating new opportunities for tourism, business and travel across the Pacific. The service will recommence from 22 September 2026 and will operate twice weekly, every Tuesday and Friday, aboard Fiji Link’s ATR 72-600 aircraft. The return of the Nadi–Nouméa route will provide more than 10,000 additional seats annually between Fiji and New Caledonia, supporting visitor movement, trade links and people-to-people connections between the two Pacific destinations....
