For 25 years, Leadership Fiji has been developing and connecting leaders through experiential learning, meaningful dialogue, and exposure to the opportunities and challenges shaping our nation.

The 2027 Program offers participants a unique opportunity to broaden their perspectives, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and build lasting connections across sectors and communities.

25 years of shaping leaders for Fiji, and today we honour the voices that carried us through even the quietest seasons.

During our 20th anniversary, COVID-19 meant no big gatherings, no fanfare and no stage lights. But our Alumni still showed up with heart. They shared reflections that captured the essence of Leadership Fiji: growth, courage, connection and service.

Many of these Alumni have since moved on to new opportunities and new callings.

Isn’t it powerful that we captured their reflections back then? Here is a snapshot of who they were at the time, and their reflections of the impact that Leadership Fiji had on them.

As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we bring their words back to the fore. Their journeys continue, and so does ours.
