🟪 Opportunity to collaborate with Vidnova Plus

Vidnova Plus is looking for experts in the topics of project management, organizational development, and facilitation to offer skill-building online workshops for Vidnova Plus Engagement — a program that supports people of Ukraine registered in Berlin and Brandenburg to take an active role in societal and community life in Germany. Participants can implement their own social project in the local community or become a volunteer in an organization that reflects their interests.

👉 Requirements
• Fluent Ukrainian, and German or English
• Experience in moderating groups
• Ability to create an interactive, inclusive, and collaborative atmosphere
• We especially value experience working with civil society, migrant communities, volunteers, or community initiatives.

Вона викладала переговори, управління змінами та вирішення конфліктів; розробляла навчальні програми для бізнесу, уряду та організацій у сферах охорони здоров’я, освіти та безпеки; брала участь у реформах поліції та охорони здоров’я. Координаторка досліджень у проєкті Центру східноєвропейських та міжнародних досліджень, авторка двох книг про життя, смерть та комунікацію між лікарем і пацієнтом, рушійна сила реформ освітніх програм у медичних університетах та співзасновниця руху «Впустіть нас до реанімації».

💚 Приєднуйтеся до третьої когорти Vidnova Lab!

Vidnova Lab відкриває набір для фахівчинь та фахівців з України, чия професійна діяльність пов’язана з партисипативним розвитком міст, культурою, медіа, освітою, зеленим відновленням, психічним здоров’ям, роботою з пам’яттю, а також підтримкою спільнот ВПО та ветеранів.
Програма надає можливість тимчасово відійти від щоденної операційної роботи, переосмислити стратегії, обмінятися досвідом із колегами та працювати над коротко- і довгостроковими рішеннями для відновлення України.

🍀 Програма передбачає
• місце в когорті з 20 учасниць та учасників
• стипендію €3,000 на період участі
• до €4,000 на реалізацію стратегічної ініціативи
• доступ до мережі Vidnova (понад 250 учасників) та довгострокові можливості для співпраці, взаємного навчання і підтримки

We’re hosting an online Info & Q&A session on 5 March 2026, 16:00–17:00 (Berlin time). Join us to learn more about the program and find out whether Vidnova Plus is the right fit for you.

📍 Please note: This session is for people from Ukraine based in Berlin or Brandenburg. Applications to the program are open to people from Ukraine who are registered and living in Berlin or Brandenburg and hold a §24 residence permit or another long-term residence permit.

The session will be held in Ukrainian.

💜 About the program:
Vidnova Plus supports people from Ukraine who want to start their own social projects or volunteer in existing organisations in Berlin or Brandenburg. We are so grateful to successfully wrap the first gathering of Vidnova Plus Dialogue together with such an inspiring group! 🙌

This meeting focused on how community initiatives can grow from scratch for Ukrainians living in Berlin and Brandenburg. We began with an interactive design thinking session, led by Chloe Benning and Lucy Grey-Gardner, which opened space for exchange, and building ideas.

Ideas were vast, covering fields from healthcare, cultural heritage, green reconstruction, literature and publishing, to peer support for job searching, support spaces for q***r people, navigating local institutions, community events, a running club, and more. In the second part of the day, four hands-on thematic sessions were offered on fundraising, working with local institutions, communication and storytelling, and volunteer engagement, to help turn these ideas into practical next steps.

The day ended with smaller group work to continue developing the projects. We’re looking forward to what comes next and to continuing these conversations.💡

A big thank you to Kiezlab Berlin for hosting us, the facilitators Iryna Domnenko () and Jenna Büchy, and the entire team behind for making this possible! 💜
