Faith Mission has relied heavily on Canada Post for many years. When the strike happened last fall we realized very quickly how heavy our reliance is on them not only for our newsletters to be delivered to the 1700 subscribers on our mailing list but also when our donors want to mail us donations via cheques. Last Friday we found ourselves back in the same predicament, we had prepared all the newsletters on Thursday and Friday morning the post office was closed. If you are one of those subscribers and are waiting for your newsletter it is probably in my office and can be picked up in Winkler. If you are a supporter and would like to send us a donation we have some excellent options on our website, like e-transfers and credit card donations. We have also recently switched credit card processors and it now no longer charges us a fee to accept donations in this way.
