May is mental health awareness month

At SCPC, we recognize this by encouraging compassion, connection and conversation in our community. Mental health matters to everyone, and no one should feel alone in their struggles.

This years theme is Come Together Canada.

Together, we break stigma.
Together, we build connection.
Together, we strengthen our community.
Together, we remind people they are not alone.
