DanceWorks CoWorks Series presents Affect | Effect by JrifterS Dance Collective.

Inspired by the urban landscape, the work examines how our environments influence consciousness, behaviour, relationships, and our sense of self and asks how independently we can truly act within those forces.

Blending physicality, musicality, a bit of humour and absurdity, Affect | Effect offers a sensorial and contemplative dance experience that invites us to consider our interconnectedness and our responsibility to one another.
