💫Update from Hargeisa, Somalia! The SMART initiative, in collaboration with the Somalia Nutrition Cluster and the Federal Government of Somalia, led a SMART survey training for participants in Somalia, including Ministries of Health, UN agencies, and other nutrition partners.

With training completed, 26 managers are now ready to implement, review, and validate SMART surveys across the region! 🌍🚀

Exciting news! 🌍📊 In collaboration with UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, the SMART Initiative is providing technical support to revolutionize data collection and better serve refugees and displaced populations in Pakistan.

Together they are implementing a new Forced Displacement Survey (FDS) designed to integrate and standardize surveys to inform decision-making, programming, and data-driven advocacy.

With training completed, fieldwork kicks off this April to enhance support for Afghan refugee settlements! 🎉

🎉 Exciting News! The SMART Initiative has completed the first regional SMART+ training in East Africa!

Attendees from Against Hunger / Action contre la Faim Canada, Save the Children US, UNICEF, and World Vision International, alongside government representatives, underwent 11 days of intensive training followed by hands-on practical survey support using SMART+ in Isiolo County, Kenya.
