JHF strives to enhance the educational opportunities of young people and inspire greatness in the next generation of leaders. Our Core Values

We proudly celebrate Nneka Perry & Mosi Perry as recipients of our Award of Excellence. 👏🏾

Through their lived experience and unwavering compassion, they transformed personal challenges into purpose. Beautifully Minded, a grassroots movement dedicated to supporting Black caregivers navigating Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Their journey is a powerful reflection of resilience, love, and the importance of culturally responsive care.

By creating safe, intentional spaces for connection, education, and healing, Nneka and Mosi continue to uplift caregivers who are often unseen and underserved. Their work not only addresses critical gaps in support, but also challenges stigma and redefines what caregiving can look like within our communities.

With over 30 years of aviation experience and more than 20,000 flight hours, Warren’s journey is a true testament to passion, perseverance, and purpose. From his early beginnings as a young aspiring pilot to becoming a Captain and a leader in the aviation community, he has remained committed to uplifting and empowering others along the way.

Through his leadership with the Urban Pilots & Professionals Network, Warren continues to open doors for Black and racialized youth; creating pathways, providing mentorship, and inspiring the next generation of aviators to dream bigger and aim higher.

Thank you for your years of service, your leadership, and your unwavering dedication to making a lasting impact. Your legacy is not only taking flight, it’s paving the runway for others to follow. ✈️
