Lisa is a wife, mother, grandmother, and retired Ontario teacher. Today she is struggling to live with pediatric-onset , a rare genetic disease that causes chronic pain, , mobility challenges, and progressive health decline. Despite an approved treatment being available in Canada, Lisa has been unable to access it and has exhausted all other options. As her condition continues to worsen, she and her family are appealing to Health Minister for help and hope.
