Today the Toronto Welsh Male Voice Choir celebrates ๐†๐ซ๐š๐ก๐š๐ฆ ๐๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ซ, our President and one of the ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฑ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ of the TWMVC.

Born and raised in ๐๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ก, ๐’๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐–๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ, Graham carries the spirit of Welsh music, humour, and camaraderie in everything he does.

After a busy winter and spring concert season, followed by our July, tenโ€‘day, fourโ€‘concert tour of the Canadian Maritimes, the lads are enjoying a wellโ€‘deserved breather. โœจ TWMVC Canadian Maritime Tour โ€” July 2026 โœจ

What a journey. What a tour. What a memory weโ€™ll carry for the rest of our lives.

Our 2026 Canadian Maritime Tour was nothing short of extraordinary โ€” ten days of music, laughter, friendship, and breathtaking scenery across Nova Scotia, Cape Breton Island, and Prince Edward Island. Our concerts brought soldโ€‘out audiences, standing ovations, and the kind of warm Maritime hospitality that lifts a choirโ€™s spirit higher than any high note.

Todayโ€™s slideshow captures some of our favourite moments from the road, paired with a compilation of music recorded live on the tour. From the rugged coastline of Peggyโ€™s Cove to the charm of Charlottetown, from the energy of downtown Halifax to the magic of Cape Breton, these images tell the story of a tour that took many months to planโ€ฆ.and rewarded us tenfold.

We couldnโ€™t be more proud โ€” or more grateful.

The day after our successful concert in Charlottetown, a group of us went for another outing, this time to the beautiful north shore of this beautiful province.
In PEI Provincial Park, we made a stop at the Covehead Lighthouse for some amazing views of the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
And, after a stop for a great lunch in North Rustico, it was on to Cavendish for a delightful tour of the Green Gables Heritage Place. It was a real taste of early 20th-century PEI, including a walk through the Green Gables House, and outdoor games like horseshoes and sack races, with Anne, Gilbert, and other characters from the beloved books.

What a thrilling finale in Prince Edward Island!

Yesterday evening, the Toronto Welsh Male Voice Choir took the stage at a packed Kirk of St. James for our final tour concert in Charlottetown.

โ€‹Performing to a enthusiastic, warm, capacity crowdโ€”including Charlottetown Mayor Philip Brownโ€”it was an unforgettable 7:00 PM performance filled with incredible energy and music.

We are so grateful for the wonderful reception and send a massive thank you to the fantastic team of volunteers at the Kirk of St. James who made this evening so special.

What an unforgettable night in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

The Toronto Welsh Male Voice Choir delivered a truly spectacular concert yesterday evening in the beautiful concert and banquet hall of Sacred Heart Downtown โ€” an enchanting venue crafted for grand events, with acoustics that lifted every note to the rafters.

The evening was made even more special with a gourmet catered dinner by Mise En Place, whose exceptional meal set the tone for a night of music, community, and Maritime hospitality.

And then came the finale โ€” a moment weโ€™ll never forget. The Cape Breton Chordsmen joined us on stage for a rousing, heartfelt performance of the Canadian and Maritime classic โ€œWe Rise Again.โ€ The hall erupted with energy, pride, and harmony. It was the perfect way to close our Nova Scotia chapter of the tour.

We couldnโ€™t have asked for a better night or a more welcoming audience. Thank you, Sydney, for your warmth, your enthusiasm, and your voices joining ours.

Today we travel to Charlottetown, PEI โ€” fully pumped and ready for our final concert tomorrow at St. James Presbyterian Church at 7:00pm.

A bunch of us choristers (and partners) took a drive partway around the amazing Cabot Trail today.
At one stop, we were amused by some Cape Breton humour, but the real treat was the view farther up the trail - to the north, Cape Smokey, and more of the Atlantic coast to the south. If you look closely at that pic, you can see parts of the crazily twisted road we took there and back. Our bus driver, Tracy, handled each turn with ease, to our great relief!
We stopped at the town of Ingonish for a tasty lunch, and made our way back, with many memories to cherish.
