Just weeks before this video became a memory, Atefeh Abed had begun the life she had waited years to build.

She was 23 years old. A newlywed, a law graduate, a daughter of Iran, and a young woman with an entire future ahead of her.

On January 9, during the protests in Mashhad, Atefeh was standing beside her family when she was shot and killed by the Islamic Republic’s security forces.

She deserved decades of ordinary happiness: mornings beside the person she loved, a career, a home, and the freedom to grow old.

The Islamic Republic stole all of it.

URGENT — This is what we know so far.

Reports from Isfahan indicate that scaffolding has been set up in Ali Qapu Square, where Abolfazl Sepahi, 23, his cousin Alireza Sepahi, 25, and Amirhossein Safari, 28, may be at imminent risk of ex*****on.

The morning call to prayer is approaching, and the coming hours are critical. Security forces are reportedly present in the area, while people are gathering in an effort to stop the ex*****ons.

Just last week, two other prisoners connected to the same case were executed.

Please say their names, share their cases, and call on governments, elected officials, journalists, and human-rights organizations to act immediately:

Abolfazl Sepahi
