Happy National AccessAbility Week.

Inclusion doesn't happen by accident — it's designed, intentional, and built with community.

At Jumpstart, we work alongside municipalities, partners, and youth with disabilities to make sure equitable access isn't an afterthought. It's the foundation!

Here's to barrier-free communities and the work that makes them possible.

We’re creating access to soccer, one community at a time.

Introducing our national initiative to build 25 community soccer pitches across Canada by 2029, creating safe, inclusive spaces for kids and youth to play close to home, build confidence, and connect with their community.

This year, up to eight pitches will open, including Toronto and Surrey, with more locations planned.

Because when local access exists, participation can follow. And every kid deserves a real chance to get in the game!

Investing in future generations.

Over March Break, Play to Lead took a cohort of young women athletes on a Career Exploration tour, connecting them with organizations they want to work for, learn from, and one day lead.

From boardrooms to creative studios, they got a front-row seat to what's possible.

Thank you to the and more for investing your time in the leaders of tomorrow.

No equipment? No problem. Just show up and play!

Self‑serve sport equipment lockers are now live in Vancouver, Coquitlam & Brampton, opening the door to more kids getting in the game, no matter the cost.

More cities. More play. No cost necessary.

It's remarkable how quickly kids find their people once they're in the right setting 🤩

No pretense, no performance — just kids being kids, using humour and fun to build genuine connections that feel effortless. 🤝

In Episode 5 of Beyond the Game, our roundtable reflects on why fostering that social synergy isn't just a bonus of sport and play. It gives kids the space to strip away the noise of everyday life and show up as their most authentic selves. 🎯

This is where kids begin building the right tools for lifelong success. 🚀

Sport is just the beginning. ✨

This past March, Toronto kicked off this year's series with a focus on career exploration, skill development, and lifelong success. Bringing young Black female athletes and coaches together for experiential learning, real conversations, and new connections. 🤗

Rooted in research and driven by inspiring sport leaders, Play to Lead uses sport to develop leadership skills and advance gender equity across Canada. 🇨🇦

This is what it looks like when young women are supported to lead — now and into the future. 🙌🏽

"Find something you're passionate about and enjoy the journey. If there's no fun in what you're doing, what's the point?" That's the kind of simple, honest guidance that only someone like Christine Sinclair can deliver. 🫡

In our latest Community Connects episode, Canada's soccer legend visits the City of Surrey to connect with their staff and kids on the pitch. ⚽
