Middlesex Community Living Valued Citizens, Inclusive Communities. Middlesex Community Living is also a strong and supportive employer to over 120 employees.

Middlesex Community Living has many programs and services that offer an abundance of benefits to both the people we support and the Strathroy-Caradoc community at large. Some services and programs assist people with their personal goals and outcomes directly, while others are devoted to supporting people in their day to day living. Middlesex Community Living offers accommodation services, supporte

d employment programs, community access programs (leisure and recreational), continuing education, supported independent living, Passport funding services, home share and advocacy services. Middlesex Community Living is an active and contributing member to both the Strathroy-Caradoc community and its economic viability. We operate the Mercantile Restaurant, a job skills training facility, just outside of Strathroy and enjoy the patronage and support of many community members. We are a member in good standing with the Strathroy and District Chamber of Commerce and use the products and services of much different local business.

To recognize Community Living Month, Colin Grantham, Mayor of Strathroy-Caradoc, joined residents and supporters at City Hall for the raising of the Community Living flag.

Celebrated across Ontario each May, Community Living Month shines a light on the achievements of the Community Living movement and reinforces the importance of inclusion, acceptance, and belonging within our communities.
