🌿 A Day at Karungkalicholai
கருங்காலிச்சோலையில் ஒரு நாள்
Karungkalicholai is a close-knit community in Sri Lanka’s Eastern Province, where many families have traditionally depended on fishing, clam collection, and other daily-wage work. The community’s children bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and determination to their learning.
Through Valluvam’s Kudil Mempadu program, children come together for educational support, group learning, skills development, and individual guidance from dedicated teachers.
These moments reflect the shared commitment of the children, educators, families, volunteers, and supporters who continue to nurture confidence, cooperation, and hope for the future.
Together, we are helping every child recognize their potential and move towards a brighter future—with virtue, compassion, and dignity.
🌿 கருங்காலிச்சோலையில் ஒரு நாள்
இலங்கையின் கிழக்கு மாகாணத்தில் அமைந்துள்ள கருங்காலிச்சோலை, மீன்பிடித்தல், மட்டி சேகரித்தல் மற்றும் நாளாந்தத் தொழில்களை வாழ்வாதாரமாகக் கொண்ட பல குடும்பங்கள் வாழும் ஓர் ஒன்றிணைந்த சமூகமாகும். இச்சமூகத்தின் குழந்தைகள் ஆர்வத்துடனும் விடாமுயற்சியுடனும் கல்வியில் முன்னேறி வருகின்றனர்.
வள்ளுவத்தின் குடில் மேம்பாடு திட்டத்தின் ஊடாக, குழந்தைகள் கல்வி உதவி, குழுக் கற்றல், திறன் வளர்ப்பு மற்றும் அர்ப்பணிப்புள்ள ஆசிரியர்களின் தனிப்பட்ட வழிகாட்டலைப் பெறுகின்றனர்.
குழந்தைகளின் தன்னம்பிக்கை, ஒத்துழைப்பு மற்றும் எதிர்கால நம்பிக்கையை வளர்ப்பதற்காக ஒன்றிணைந்து செயல்படும் ஆசிரியர்கள், குடும்பங்கள், தன்னார்வலர்கள் மற்றும் ஆதரவாளர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் எமது மனமார்ந்த நன்றி.
அறம், இரக்கம் மற்றும் கண்ணியத்துடன் ஒவ்வொரு குழந்தையும் தமது முழுத் திறனை உணர்ந்து ஒளிமயமான எதிர்காலத்தை நோக்கிப் பயணிக்க நாம் ஒன்றிணைந்து துணை நிற்போம்.
