Odd Burger, the Canadian vegan fast-food chain and food tech company, has announced a major distribution partnership with Dot Foods Canada — one of the country's largest food distribution networks — giving its plant-based products access to hundreds of distributors nationwide.
Five of its most popular retail products are included in the initial rollout: the ChickUn Fillet, Smash Burger, Chickpea Burger, ChickUn Pretenders, and Breakfast Sausage.
The deal is designed to help Odd Burger serve national grocery chains and restaurant groups through a single, streamlined distribution channel — dramatically increasing the reach of fully vegan fast food across the country.
Critics of the plant-based industry love to declare it dead. Odd Burger just signed a deal that says otherwise.
The movement doesn't need everyone to go vegan overnight. It needs infrastructure — and this is what infrastructure looks like.
