SIA is excited to host Sahaja Yoga Meditation. Sahaja Yoga facilitates a state called Thoughtless Awareness (Nirvichara Samadhi)β€”a peaceful mental state where the mind becomes quiet, calm, and present without losing alertness.

This 12-week, part-time program helps you build practical, job-focused English skills while gaining the confidence, tools, and support you need to succeed in the workplace.

Whether you’re new to the workforce, returning after a break, or ready for a fresh start, E4E is here to support your journey!

Through E4E, you’ll learn how to:
