🎉 Big news for Ukrainian students in Saskatchewan!

The province is extending tuition relief for Ukrainian students who arrived in Canada under CUAET until March 31, 2030.

This program gives more learners the support they need to start and finish their programs by allowing them to pay domestic tuition rates, instead of international rates.

Today marks Lesia Ukrainka’s 155th birthday. A literary and feminist icon, she personified Ukrainian spirit, tenacity, and resilience.

For generations, we have gathered at her feet to celebrate, mourn, learn, and create awareness about Ukraine on this campus.

2026 marks 50 years of Lesia’s presence at the University of Saskatchewan. We honor and celebrate this gifted and multifaceted writer today and every day.

Last weekend a couple of our members had the privilege of going to the Ukrainian Canadian Congress’s 25th triennial congress in Toronto! This was such an amazing experience for our members and it allowed us to do networking from all over the country, and listen to such important and knowledgeable speakers throughout the weekend. All of our members were supporting various different organizations at the event, showing the diversity of our youth in our club! Thank you to and for putting on such an inspiring and amazing weekend.
