Thanks for coming yesterday!

A heartfelt thank you to the members and volunteers of the Sarnia Legion Branch 62 for providing Talk for Tamara with the opportunity to set up and share information with the community during Catch the Ace.

We are grateful for the warm welcome and the chance to spread awareness about our mission of supporting education for youth mental health and su***de prevention. Events like these help create meaningful conversations, connect people with resources, and strengthen community support.

A special thank you goes out to all of the dedicated Legion volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make Catch the Ace such a success each week. Your commitment to our community does not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate your support and hospitality.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the amazing Talk for Tamara volunteers who generously gave their time today. Thank you for helping hand out information to the public, answering questions, spreading awareness, and collecting cans in support of the Salvation Army and River City Vineyard. Your dedication, compassion, and willingness to serve our community help make events like this a success.

Together, we can continue raising awareness, supporting one another, and encouraging conversations that make a difference. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, the Sarnia Legion for their generosity, and all of the volunteers who helped make the day so meaningful. 💙💚💛

8000 pounds of food!

June 18, 2026 we took part in the Catch the Ace fundraiser of the week. St. Vincent de Paul Help Center Sarniaand River City Vineyard Food bank partnered to fill our shelves. We are so grateful for the community's response to support us with food and cash donations.

We received $1706.50 in cash donations and 8000 lbs of food.

The impact of this is knowing our food banks shelves are continuing to be filled by our generous community and many families can turn to a local food bank when they need it.

Thank you to all drivers, staff and volunteers who came together at a moment's notice to support us at this event. Our hearts are full with gratitude, your presence helped this event go as smoothly as possible.

Thank you to Sarnia Legion Branch 62 for this opportunity. There was so much fun to be had, it was also humbling to see all of the kindness in our city.
