A Great Start to the EYJS Tournament Season! 🥋

Yesterday was the first EYJS monthly judo tournament of the season, and the St. Albert Judo Club was there!
We had six competitors participating across various age and weight divisions, and they all did a great job!
Of course, competition brings a little pressure and a few nerves, but that’s part of what makes sport so valuable. It builds confidence, character and resilience, all while having some fun along the way!
Congratulations to all six of our competitors! We’re proud of you for stepping onto the mats, giving it your best and representing our club so well!
