SOAR Program The SOAR Program is dedicated to supporting young adults move to independence and the responsibiliti

For Young Adults within the age range of 18-30 to obtain independent housing. Office Hours for young adults are Monday-Friday from 10am to 4pm. If you would like support at a different time, please call, email or text in advance to make an appointment. The housing is only available to those that will reach the age of the majority by the end of 2021. The Raven Tales program, by Change Makers, helps

youth as young as 15 with one to one support as well as workshops to help them improve their life skills. Recently, we opened K'oomtk, a youth center which is open daily from 3-10 in suite 151 of the Ocean Mall.
